While She Sleeps veröffentlichen neuen Song „You Are All You Need“

Nach dem Start ihrer neuen, fan-orientierten Plattform Sleep Society

und der Ankündigung ihres fünften Albums, welches ebenfalls den Titel “SLEEP SOCIETY” tragen wird, hat Sheffield’s Metal Impresario While She Sleeps ihre neue Single “You Are All You Need” veröffentlicht.
Der Song wird auf dem neuen Album zu finden sein, welches am 16. April via Sleeps Brothers / Spinefarm Records erscheinen wird.

“We somehow managed to inject enough personal inspiration from each member for it to completely embody “the Sleeps sound” with ease. We are always trying to express a certain kind of emotion or internal insight and sometimes you really hit the nail on the head, expressing it how you imagined, and other times you miss it completely. Well, this time we hit it dead on with no room for speculation. The song says it how it is and reminds us to stop looking outwards for approval & validation. The video is a colour explosion from start to finish and, with the current state of this dull bleak world, we think it’s going to be the colour everyone needs to illuminate their spirits, even if it’s only for three minutes.” – Gitarrist Sean Long

 

Die Songlist des neuen Albums wurde ebenfalls bereits veröffentlicht und enthält auch Gastauftritte in den Vocals von Simon Neil (Biffy Clyro) auf dem Song “Nervous” und Deryck Whibley (Sum 41) bei “No Defeat For The Brave”.

 

Auf dem Track “Call Of The Void” sind sogar Mitglieder der Sleep Society zu hören, um zu zeigen welch wesentliche Rolle ihre Fans immer noch in der Kreativität und der Mechanik der Band spielen.

While She Sleeps legen die Absicht der Sleeps Society in ihrem cinematischen Musik Video des Album-Titel-Songs dar, der Ende 2020 erschien.

 

 

Wie die Band so eloquent mit ihrem Top Ten Album “You Are We” beweist, haben die Fans die Band zu der Stärke verholfen, die sie heute hat, und stärken sie auch weiterhin.

Über ein Jahr ist es beinahe her, dass While She Sleeps einen Karriere-Meilenstein erreicht haben, denn ihre Headliner Show in London’s ikonischer Brixton Acadamy am Ende ihrer Tour des 2019er Albums “So What?” war ausverkauft. 

Daher ist auch geplant “Sleeps Society” so schnell wie möglich auf Tour zu bringen.
