Bruce Springsteen veröffentlicht mit “Ghosts” die zweite stimmungsvolle Single aus seinem kommenden Album “Letter To You”

Vor zwei Wochen gab es die tollen Neuigkeiten von Bruce Springsteen, dass am 23.10  ein neues Album “Letter To You“ veröffentlicht wird.

Damit die Wartezeit auf das Album noch ein wenig verkürzt wird, erscheint heute bereits der zweite Track des Albums mit dem Titel „Ghosts“, dieser uns in die Vergangenheit versetzt und in Erinnerungen schwelgen lässt. Zu „Ghosts“  gibt es zusätzlich ein Musikvideo aus dem Homestudio, sowie Ausschnitte aus seinen früheren Zeiten, sogar mit seiner ersten Band “The Castilles”. Wie nicht anders zu erwarten übernahm Thom Zimny die Regie. Er ist der langjährige Film-Regisseur an Springsteens Seite. 

 

„‚Ghosts‘ handelt von der Freude, in einer Band zu spielen, aber gleichzeitig auch von dem Schmerz, wenn man Freunde durch Krankheit und Tod verliert. ‚Ghosts‘ handelt von der Magie der Musik, einer Magie, die niemand besitzt, die man nur gemeinsam mit Anderen entdecken und erfahren kann. Diese Magie, diesen Soul, dieses Herzblut spüren wir gemeinsam in der E Street Band.“

„Letter To You“ ist das 20. Studioalbum von Springsteen und sein erster Auftritt mit der E Street Band seit der The River 2016-Tournee. Das Album wurde von Ron Aniello mit Bruce Springsteen produziert, von Bob Clearmountain gemischt und von Bob Ludwig gemastert.
